Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes - We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise and during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Send us an email at hello@fancysweats.co including your name, order number, and the requested size of the replacement item(s) or let us know that you are returning for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will ship the replacement within two to five business days or refund your card within the same time frame.

When will my item be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 2 -7 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days and there may be order processing delays during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. We will contact you by email in the event of any processing or shipping delays.

What size should I order?
Please refer to the size chart on the item page which will include detailed measurements to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Can I amend my order?

We're really quick at preparing your order, so we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing items in the order, the delivery option, delivery address, or payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after completing your order. After 60 minutes you won’t be able to cancel but you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you've received your order.

How do I track my order?

If you do not have an account, no problem! You can create one using the same email you used when you placed your order and it will auto populate all of your order information for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide! Please allow for up to 3 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the shipping fee for your order.

How do I care for my product?
Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur when washing or drying on a high setting.
