Contest Terms & Conditions
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Fancy Sweats are not eligible to participate.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the contestant “You” agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Fancy Sweats as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, You must:

- By entering your email, You agree to be added to our newsletter and mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time after the contest.
- Limit one entry per person.
- Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.
5. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted starting on 05/09/24 and will close at 11:59 PM EDT on 19/09/24. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on 19/09/24.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive their choice of an embroidered Taylor Swift sweatshirt from the Swiftie Collection. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Fancy Sweats. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Fancy Sweats to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of Fancy Sweats. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the contest end date. Fancy Sweats shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this contest, You understand and agree that Fancy Sweats shall have the right to use any and all entries, your name, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Terms & Conditions
Fancy Sweats reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should any non-authorized intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Fancy Sweats's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Fancy Sweats may select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Fancy Sweats. Fancy Sweats reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
